Patient's Responsibilities
As a patient, you have responsibilities:
- To provide correct and complete information about your health.
- To follow the treatment plan recommended by your doctor.
- To accept the outcome of your actions if you refuse treatment or if your care provider's instructions are not followed.
- To keep appointments or to notify us when you cannot.
- To follow hospital rules and regulations affecting patient care and conduct.
- To be considerate of the rights of other patients, their property and of the hospital staff.
- To assist in the control of noise and the number of your visitors.
