Overnight Stays For safety and privacy reasons, visitors are discouraged from staying overnight in patient rooms. However, in certain instances, overnight stays are allowed with special permission from the nurse in charge. Please speak with the nurse in charge to arrange suitable accommodations. A listing of local motel/hotel rates offering reasonably priced rooms to visiting family members is available at the Information Desk in the main lobby on the first floor of the hospital. Some motels/hotels offer discounts to families of patients at Columbia Regional Hospital.
